Not a bad start but I think you are missing some needed cards. I also don't think you need to focus on proliferate as much and put more stuff with infect in. Proliferate is usless if you can get the poison counters on them to begin with. Using Ichor Wellspring as a draw is just a bad ideal. You would be way better off preordain or if you just want something to sac to throne run Ornithopter because at least he can block and he is free to play. If you are running black then you need Plague Stinger in there, next to Blighted Agent hes the best infect creature. I think you could come down on your land card a bit and I would try Plague Myr instead of Perilous Myr. Good luck with the deck. Linked below are two of my infect decks if you are interested.
