Deck Description

This deck was inspired by a few cards like Ephara, Nadir, and Divine Invocation. The idea here is to win by overwhelming your opponent with angels in a new innovative way that is fun to play.

This deck is still being tested...

How to Play

Your main objective is to start hitting hard through the air with your angels.
To get there, start by controlling the game from the beginning. Use counters, removals like Path to Exile, and good blockers to help you get to about mid-game so you can start laying down your bigger spells. Geist of Saint Traft and Serra Avenger (can only play by turn 4) will trigger Bishop of wings to get some life back you may have lost in the beginning. If you can get a Nadir and a Divine Visitation out together you'll start creating angel tokens straight out of the Sea!

Also, As Foretold is here to help you play spells without spending mana of course. I'm still not totally convinced its existence in this deck is worth it, but it has come in handy sometimes. Other times it has sat in my hand, but also, the idea of having a card in hand that I may use to discard if I have to is alright I guess.

Bruna, Light of Alabaster is your 'bomb angel' creature card. Its nothing too spectacular, but she will take any aura enchantment she can find on the battlefield - including your opponents enchantments - and any in your hand or yard. Having one or more Curious Obsessions get sucked onto her is not too bad in my opinion.

Have fun!
