well 8/18 creatures have vigilance ...having 4 bracers for the rest 10(even though they fit wwell on the gaurdians) is a bit overkill..no need to remove them all but i recoment to reduce its number a bit..
For mana cost reasons only i would prefer the seraph from the sideboard than the firemane angels..
and finally 18 creature seem few for a creature deck..

As far as point 2(choosing a theme) goes there can be no argument there...

For the lands..while for me atleast 20 lands usually work,this deck depends to much on the "costly" spells such as Serra angel in order to win,so afew more lands may be helpfull.

Finally i believe that Heavy mattock is not that bad but commanders authority is way to expensive.

but i dont have those card..i create decks with what i have,if i get something more fitting it gets its place but until then there are many things i can change.

true i got into a creature frenzy...the problem is that i have to make do with the card i have.Until i get the ones i need(when and if i do) you'll see a few creatures that dont really fit in.
for now i'm getting a couple of fireballs in the deck.I like to make changes at a slow pace and playtest as they go :)

I really like card like pox and wildfire but the effect they have on my permanents is too catastrophic. I guess I have to replace them by adding a 4th stone rain and a rain of tears. :(

Ruination is really good since the people I play against have plenty of nonbasic lands in their deck and in this one I have none…so I think it is a nice card for me.

Are really good and I will admit that I didn’t knew they existed

As far as creature go the plan was to win the game through them but I think I overdid as far as mana costs go..Some “fixes “are required

Questions:
1) Why do you say that mana leach doesn’t fit?i considered it a alternative to a land destruct.
2) Why the damage spells? I preferred creature in order to keep pressuring the opponent. I understand that some extra creature destroy would be beneficial though I don’t know whether the 4 befoul are enough.
3) I have 2 wall of souls. Do you think they fit??
