I think that kiln fiend is a pretty good card and have wanted to build a deck around it for a bit and I realized that prowess is a bit like kiln fiend's ability and would go well in burn.
It's pretty straight forward really. Play your prowess creatures and then burn your opponent and swing. Or buff your creatures with cards like titan's strength or brute force causing prowess to trigger (or kiln fiends ability) and eventually when you've used a bunch of instants and sorceries cast bedlam reveler who is especially good when you have no other cards in hand to get a 3/4 prowess and draw three cards.
