The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

Generally, this deck is a version of Turbofog. I submitted a version of this maze deck before but I believe this is much more consistent. Of course, it autoloses to Land Destruction and Mill unless you side in cards but it is mostly effective to combat decks like Aggro.

In my experience playing it, I start playing Fog like spells during Turn 3-4 or until I reach a manageable life like 10, and continue until I win. It is very much possible seeing as you have 21 Fog-like spells in the Deck.

My card pool is limited at the moment but I'm planning to add Darkness, Angelsong, Batwing Brume or Dawn Charm in the future because they add more flavor to my maze.

By the way, check out my fun little maze game below at this deck's How to Play Section!

How to Play

I made this deck for fun against my friends with the following script. It has a large win percentage against combat based decks, decent chances with slow control decks and a bit horrible (and quite flavorful) match-up with burn decks and instant lose to mill decks unless I side in Tormod's Crypt or Elixir of Immortality.

Anyway, in playing this deck, I made the following scripts:

Beginning of Game: "Welcome <opponent's name>, Hunter from Ravnica, to the Dragon's Maze. You have to kill the nefarious maze-runner before he reaches the end of the maze. Are you ready to begin the hunt?"

Alternate Beginning of Game, if against Burn Decks: "Welcome <opponent's name>, Hunter from Ravnica, to the Dragon's Maze. You have to kill the nefarious maze-runner before he reaches the end of the maze. Are you--the feel of that aura, the essence on an intense flaming source of red mana is coming from you! The maze cringes at your power. You will be able to strike your target much quicker in your journey."

Taking Damage but still 0< life: "You have hit your target but he is still able to escape and run the maze."

Playing Lands
>Upon playing your first Forest: "Hunter, the trees are growing rapidly. This labyrinth is turning into a massive hedge maze."
>Upon playing consecutive Forests: "The trees continue to grow."
>Upon playing a Guildgate: "<say the Guildgate's Flavor Text that beings with the word 'Enter'> Welcome to the Gate of <name of Guild>, Hunter! Your target has already passed through here. Make haste!"
>Upon playing Maze's End: "Through a breach in the forests' greens, you can see that the end of the Maze is getting nearer!"

Creatures in the Maze
>Using Gate Creeper Vine: "A monster blocks your path! Behind him, you see a gate!"
>Using Oracle of Mul Daya: "Your target has consulted the powers of the Oracle! You must defeat the Oracle or else your target will progress further into the maze!"

Traps and Roadblocks
>Using Fog: "A dense fog surrounds you, Hunter. You cannot pass through at this time."
>Using Druid's Deliverance: "A druid leads you to a wrong path. You must find your way back to the correct path."
>Using Holy Day: "Your deity demands that it is a day of rest. You cannot proceed today."
>Using Tanglesap: "You are trapped in the tanglesap, unless you have the power to trample over this trap, you cannot pass through."
>Using Defend the Hearth: "Soldiers guarding the maze block your path. They must inspect and question you before they let you pass."
>Using Riot Control: "Isperia is sickened by the riotous behavior of your army. She orders you to gain your composure before she lets you proceed with your journey."

Miscellaneous
>Upon playing Amulet of Vigor: "A creeping presence startles you, Hunter. This maze may gained sentience upon your arrival."
>Using Explore: "As your journey lengthens, so does the maze!"
>Using Reap and Sow: "The maze continues to grow, Hunter. You can see a gate nearby."
>Using Urban Evolution: "The maze is drastically changing! Move faster Hunter, your target is getting nearer the end."
>Using Crackling Perimeter: "The gates are now surging with electricity! Be wary of this trap from now on!"

Upon completion of Maze's End's win condition: "Your target has completed the maze. You have failed your mission to save Ravnica. You have been defeated."

Deck discussion for Welcome to the Maze, Hunter!

Stalling out an oppoent for a guild gate win? Cool! Have you considered. Silence it province an opponent form casting for a turn or even Kismet which forces all and an opponents stuff to come in tapped.

I really like your take on Maze's End. I tried a Fog-Maze's End myself, but then switched over to a Gatekeepers themed one. I enjoyed your How To Play section as well. Nice and refreshing to see some creativity.
