Deck Description

Never was a big fan of Bant control but here's my first attempt at it. I'm noticing a pattern of creatures in all my control decks but seriously it's GoST. Leave any comments/tips/suggestions, all are welcome.

How to Play

Like all my other control decks...hold off and annoy the hell out of your opponent until you can beat down on him with Geist, Gideon, or both. Entreat is another threat in the deck and ramp up mana with Farseek.

Deck discussion for Bant Control

I am surprised, blind obedience is a really good card to only run one of (max of two). I would run four, it stops the burning tree emissary and lightning mauler combo cold. Not to mention, you will be gaining a good amount of life with its extort before you will be in a position to win. It will speed the process up.

Next you have four farseeks into nothing special. A second entreat the angels, will definitely put to use the one or two more mana you'll get in your average game.

Farseek is probably the best card to have in a multicolored deck with green in it. I may take one out for an Entreat. Also one Blind Obedience is all I really need. I feel any more would be a wasted slot cause if I already have one out on the field it's a dead draw since the extort mechanic isn't big in this deck.

Oh don't get me wrong, I know farseek is good, but with a bunch of two and three drop control, how much is that extra mana needed? I still like the deck regardless if you change it or not. ;D
