Yes. Sanguine bond + beacon of immortality (cast on yourself)Or you can couple beacon of immortality with a card called false cure (cast on opponent) for an instant win. I'm working on similar deck but I've found that that I never have my killer combos when I want them so I'm revamping with 'tutor' cards so I can get my combos in hand. Maybe I'll throw some dark rituals in there for mana-ramping.
