I didn't create this deck; everyone is playing it though (at least for another couple of weeks until the next block starts). Nykthos might help a bit, but lilianna and tomb of yawgmoth are off topic in my opinion. I just put this online to test my other standard decks against it.

I prefer the Favored Hoplites, because they will get big really fast using dark favor and ethereal armor. Then if I can attach a dying wish to it my opponent wouldn't want to kill it or they would lose a lot of life. However, the destroy creature instants in this deck are meant to be used to kill my buffed creatures to end game.
