Personally.... I'd find a way to add more captivating vampires and weasel in a play set of Vampire Nocturnus. In mono-black vamps, he wrecks days. +2/+1 and flying so long as top card is black for all of your creatures, hard to argue with.

I agree about nocturnus. Ur works awesome with necropotence or yawgmoths bargain for great card draw and guarantee the top card is black.
