Treaure Hunt and the Amulet sound good, The Oracle is a creaure and I was trying to avoid creatures if I could. Thanks!
Conceptually, Psychic Vemon is fitting. That way not only do you lands cause damage to you opponent, but even their own lands cause harm.
Also a good idea, however, that prevents this being a legal deck.
i dont know about legal but for a type 1/5 add mana bond with treasure hunt and reliquary tower check out my deck if you can find it its an all land deck or at least thats the mission objective
