Deck Description

Please Evaluate and Critique Honestly- do you think that I accomplished what I set out to do? I'm probably going to buy a bunch of cards for this and would like some feedback.

They're not fat, they're fluffy.

This is a relatively simple commander deck intended for newer players who are still getting used to the complicated board states that ensue. The majority of the creatures are enter-the-battlefield abilities as opposed to triggered/activated and in a perfect world there would only be those for ease of play, but realistically, that's probably not going to be the case- some things like Spearbreaker Behemoth and Krosan Warchief are kind of necessary for not getting blown out, and it probably needs Night Soil too.

There are cards in green that probably "should" be there, but remember, it's supposed to be simple, and I didn't want to buy things like Craterhoof or Gaea's Cradle. I opted for more Beasts instead of a wider assortment of types for simplicity and a bit of synergy; Elves got a little too complicated with tracking all the pumps and whatnot; Beasts are already big and don't need a whole lot of help to establish board presence. It might need more fight cards for interaction with creatures.

While the deck can't help new players identify potentially threatening combos/interactions, it itself doesn't have much, which hopefully frees up processing space for the person piloting it to just worry about attacking the annoying white/blue mage, or smashing the things that stop them from attacking them. :D

How to Play

1. Flash in Yeva.
2. Flash in Giant Monsters(TM).
3. Fight annoying utility creatures.
4. Destroy annoying noncreature permanents.
5. Turn Giant Monsters(TM) sideways.
6. Profit.

Seriously though, there are a few interactions of note:
Few of the creatures have trample, instead giving other (or all) creatures trample. Mvonwouli Beast Tracker probably fetches Acidic Slime, Garruk's Horde, Siege Behemoth, Stingerfling Spider or Woodfall Primus. Sometimes Stampeding Wildebeests if you need to recur an enter the battlefield effect. Dungrove Elder is just a big hexproof guy which is fine, but Stampeding Serow might be better as a second wildebeests- when all the guys have flash it's not as much of a drawback.
