28 lands is a little overkill. Since youre at 68 cards total already and have a tight curve, you might be abke to cut right down to 20 lands with the help of duals and find better consistency and have better luxk top decking the appropriate cards at the appropriate time. Also, consider Isochron Scepter to use in conjunction with Silence, that is control! Hope these ideas help. To be honest, I'll likely keep the 28 lands as this deck will commonly be ran at the local college where we commonly play Blitz. Though, the Isochron Scepter was an amazing suggestion and I'll keep it in mind. I'll be sure to take a look over your deck, though.
