The first deck I ever owned was the premade Eventide Black Green Deck with Deity of Scars and Doomgape. It pretty much sucked but it captured my imagination and I eventually revisited it and this is what it has become over the years.
Your main offense is to get a Mimic and a Liege running. Using your plethora of removal spells to extinguish threats and your various shamans for support. That alone is often enough to win the game but if the game goes on that's where the heavy hitters come in. getting either Savra or Doomgape can swing the tide but if you have a Leige, Savra, AND Doomgape, then it's on! Liege makes a 3/3 B/G Token, Doomgape eats it, you gain 3 life, Savra activates and each enemy sacs a creature. A great multi-player deck.
