The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Part two of the LOTR deck series. Serious flavor to be had here! Orcs make up the bulk of the army with the fearsome specters stepping in as the ring wraiths.Evil Eye of Urborg = The Dark Lord SauronEndrik Sahr, Master Breeder = Saruman the White, raises an army to serve his new lord.Crystal Ball = The Palantir, one of the Lost Seeing StonesKeldon Battlewagon = Grond, the Ram which leveled the Gates of Minas Tirith. Named for the Mace of Morgoth.Liliana's Specter and Blazing Specter = The Nazgul. Also known as Ringwraiths.Scythe Specter = The Witch King of Angmar, the greatest of the Nine.Needlepeak Spider = ShelobOrc General= Gothmog, General of the Orc hordes of Mordor. All the orcs = All the orcs.Darkness = The rolling dark which Sauron sends ahead of his orc horde to protect them from the sun.---LOCATIONS---Tower of Murmurs = The Tower of Orthanc.Tower of Calamities = The Tower of Barad-Dur.Maze of Ith = Emin Muil, an impassible labyrinth or razor sharp rocks.Smoldering Marsh = Dead Marshes, a festering stinking marshland as far as the eye can see.Blood Crypt = The dungeons of Cirith Ungol.Badlands = The plains of Mordor.Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle = Mount Doom, where the ring of power was forged. Not the best deck I have designed by any stretch of the imagination, however the flavor does make it tons of fun to play.
Play Orcs and Specters. No secret strat, but tons of fun and flavor.Let me know if you enjoyed it or if you can think of a flavorful card that makes it either play better or fit the flavor even more!Part 1: http://www.mtgvault.com/basilicanero/decks/the-fellowship-of-the-ring/Part 2: http://www.mtgvault.com/basilicanero/decks/the-two-towers/Part 3: http://www.mtgvault.com/basilicanero/decks/the-return-of-the-king/

Love theme decks! Spot on!
Great, love it!Some suggestions:There is actually a card called "Orc General", which is probably better suited for Gothmog than Zurgo, precisely because he doesn't have a name. His ability is also better fitting. And I don't think that Maze of Ith is a good representation for Emyn Muil. The reprints show an actual labyrinth and the original is ... erm ... some mutant brain? I think the original (Tempest) version of Wasteland is very fitting. Is this actually just Two Towers only? Because Gothmog and Grond are from Return of the King. I was about to suggest to repalce some of the orcs with other creatures that represent some of Saurons other allies, for example Burning Shield Askari as Haradrim and Trained/Crazed Armodon as Mumakil, but then thought, wait, this isn't Two Towers stuff. And I think there should be the One Ring somewhere - Jinxed Ring sound about perfect :)
It is Two towers mainly but because the Return of the King deck is going to be a white soldier deck when finished I wanted to represent the bad guys as completely as I could in this one.
Boom. All hail Sauron
Whats up with the Lord of the rings themes lately?
I just made the three decks a while ago and posted them all at once, so it probably seems like a lot but really its just my three posted in quick succession.
ah okay i see
Wow, this is an awesome build!
