I don't have much to say to be honest. You designed this quite well =] It's typically good advice to put in a few things to protect your general such as Lightning Greaves, etc. Only other thing I can think of is Sensei's Divining Top, which is just amazing in EDH =]
Just a note, I think that momentary blink would be illegal in a commander game, as its color identity is also blue because of the flashback cost.
