Interesting deck. I run a mill deck myself and I like a lot of your cards. Personally i would take out wrexial he isn't really optimal for a mill deck. I suggest using telemin performance and glimpse the unthinkable. I myself use raven guild master and scalpelexis to mill with a whispersilk cloak.

I love Oona, Queen of the Fae, but I've never seen her in a mill...she works perfectly though!
Take out Szadek, Wrexial, and Oona... They come out too late-game to do any good. Run 4 Tome Scours. Take out Lilliana, throw in 2 Glimpse the Unthinkable, add 4 brainfreeze, take out both sadistic sacrament. Take out Roil Elemental and the Steel Walls. Add 2 Dimir Cutpurse.
If your looking for a badass mill combo...Grindstone and Painters Servant. If you build your deck around those (muddle the mixture, fabricate, counterspell) you can have a GUARENTEED 3rd turn kill.
I have been tempted to use that combo a long time ago, but I can't find grindestone anywhere.
