Hmm no frogtosser banneret's or even squeaky pie sneak? Those 2 I think would work better in this deck than Shriekmaw and Marsh Flitter.

So little you know Joande running Tendrils in an aggro deck is great cause it will help keep your life total up plus get rid of anything on the board that is causing you some problems or just getting rid of whatever they have out early to late game does well in an Aggro style deck trust me without those in most of my mono black decks I would of lost so many matches..... with those in my decks Ive created Ive been able to win local tournaments going 5-0 and 4-1 in a best of 3 match.

Here's the Rat Deck I would make for you to play....
17 Swamp, 3 Swarmyard,1 Urborg Tomb of Yawgmoth, 4 Ravenous Rats, 12 Relentless Rats, 3 Nezumi Shortfang, 3 Nezumi Graverobber, 3 Bad Moon, 4 Sudden Death, 4 Cruel Edict, 2 Thrumming Stone,4 Tndrils of Corruption or even 4 Comsume Spirits...... this deck should win you some if not lots of games.... good luck.

1st and foremost 11 Swamp is way to little for mana in this deck.... 2nd Crypt Rats are garbage dont use them..Even though Ink eye is powerful it wont get on the board if you play against just blue or anything really.... Even though I see your making this just a Rat deck to build up the power of Pestilence Rat I wouldnt because he would die to a mono blue or even a red deck or even just White really.

Id take out the Muse 1 of the Arbor's and Seadborn muse and put in another Magus of the Vineyard plus 2 Lys Alana Huntmaster that or even just take out the Muse,Arbor,Herald and Magus and put in 4 Blanchwood Armors.

Id throw in 2 more Night of Meadowgrain and 2 Crib Swap and get rid of the Lumithread Field cause sorry to say but its a whole lot of Junky garbage this deck needs at least 22 land but I only see 17 so toss out those 3 Fields and put in 3 more land and sorry to say but a Control deck that I usually always play with would sense a Beacon in this deck about ready to come out and I would counter it every time sorry to say but Id lose that one as well.

Get rid of the Wheel and Deal for some burn or even the stuff I previously said to put in and get rid of those Cephalid guys and put in like 2 Cancel 1Mortivore, 3 Rune Snag and either Profane Command or Cryptic Command never run more than 2 of each of the Planeswalkers heck for a Red/Black/Blue deck Id have 2 Jace 2 Liliana and 2 Chandra.

Id put in a couple Rite of Flames or even the blue/black plus black/red storage land cards...... forget Seething Song cause its not type 2.

To bad Seething Song isnt type 2 anymore but for this kind of deck Rite of Flame would work plus Molten Disaster or even Incinerate/Disintegrate/Rift Bolt..... heck even Greater Gargadon wouldnt hurt either cause as long as u have Colfenors Urn out even if the Gargadon goes bye bye from a Remove Soul or some garbage then you can toss it away for a bit and bring hime back with the Urn.

I saw this exact deck plus 4 crib swaps at one of my tourneys in Victoria BC and sorry dude but in our tournies it would be only good for last place no matter how many people are in it...... we had a guy play this deck last week and out of 16 peeps he got 16th..... I even beat him with my mono black Mortivore/Underworld dreams deck.

Its an ok deck if your playing Vintage but if you want this to be type 2 tourney legal you need to trash Razorfin,Zuran,Firebolt,Lightning Bolt,Word of Undoing,Counterspell,Seal of Removal,and Segil of Sleep...... if you want this to be type 2 put in 4 Sudden Shock,4 Incinerate, 4 Cancel.4 Remove Soul,4 Disintegrate,4 Keldon Maurauders,3 Rift Bolts,3 Blaze, and get rid of Unsummon as well and put in 4 Rune Snag.

Im guessing your forgetting the Relentless Rats Combo of Thrumming Stone and Relentless Rats.

Forget the Stronghold rats put in Ravenous Rats instead and take out Fear plus that Bad Moon.....put in 1 more Tendrils of Corruption and 4 Consume Spirits.

Wow no grinning Ignus and no Rift bolts or Incinerate or even blaze/Disintegrate...... bad bad bad of you not to have these in this deck or even Browbeat as well.

Forget Reminisce and put in 2 Feldons Cane cheaper casting cost by 2.

Get rid of Howling Mine and Manabarbs and put in Boggart Shenanigans and Mogg Fanatics along with Tarfire...... put in Sudden Shock cause its got Split 2nd and against control you'll need all the Split 2nd cards your can get...... so take out 4 Howling Mine and put in 4 Tarfire then take out the 2 Manabarbs and put in 2 Shenanigans then take out 2 Browbeat and 1 Tarpitcher and put in 3 Mogg Fanatics and 2 Furnace of Rath for 2 Sudden Shock..

Dont listen to lhsan when he says to take out Pacifism for Pillory of the Sleepless keep pacifism in and just try to make room for Pillory by taking out 2 Overseer... in tourney play your ghoul wouldnt be any good so Id put in Remove Soul and Cruel Edict for those 4 cards.Augur Il-vec would do well in this deck other than that its all good.

Id forget Millstone in this deck completly and put in Traumatize and Twincast as the combo their as for Jesters cap and it not being type 2 tourney playable I dont know what else really to use a blue/black mill deck is better trust me cause black has Shimian Specter... Hypnotic Specter...Stupor... Glimpse the Unthinkable (was good but now out)..and who else but Augur of Skulls.

Id also add Clockspinning to this deck its cheap and can get those suspended cards out faster.
