1st and foremost 11 Swamp is way to little for mana in this deck.... 2nd Crypt Rats are garbage dont use them..Even though Ink eye is powerful it wont get on the board if you play against just blue or anything really.... Even though I see your making this just a Rat deck to build up the power of Pestilence Rat I wouldnt because he would die to a mono blue or even a red deck or even just White really.

Here's the Rat Deck I would make for you to play.... 17 Swamp, 3 Swarmyard,1 Urborg Tomb of Yawgmoth, 4 Ravenous Rats, 12 Relentless Rats, 3 Nezumi Shortfang, 3 Nezumi Graverobber, 3 Bad Moon, 4 Sudden Death, 4 Cruel Edict, 2 Thrumming Stone,4 Tndrils of Corruption or even 4 Comsume Spirits...... this deck should win you some if not lots of games.... good luck.
An earthquake on a stick is Not Horrible especially in an aggro deck. Run relentless rats in a commited relentless rats deck or not at all. Tendrils is amazing but doesn't belong in an aggro deck.
So little you know Joande running Tendrils in an aggro deck is great cause it will help keep your life total up plus get rid of anything on the board that is causing you some problems or just getting rid of whatever they have out early to late game does well in an Aggro style deck trust me without those in most of my mono black decks I would of lost so many matches..... with those in my decks Ive created Ive been able to win local tournaments going 5-0 and 4-1 in a best of 3 match.
