Personally I gotta say i like your deck but i think you could stand to loose the sage's dousing and drowner initiates to put in a fourth merrow commerce, sanity grinding and grimoire thief then have 20 islands so its a perfect 60 and itll play easier for you.

okkkk it changed right after i put up my last comment, id take out the witsniper to side them but i still think you need 4 of merrow commerce, sanity, and grimiore
Thanks for the input but I dont have 3 Grimoire (Dammit).... Dousing is just basically for card draw and countering and I dont really have any of the Sanity's personally but I hope to get at least 3 soon.....4 Merrow commerce to me and even to a buddy of mine that works at a local Magic shop both think that 4 Commerce is just 1 to many infact he thinks no Mill fish deck should play more than 2....... I say play 3 and pray lol.
put in wanderine prophets and protective bubble that give the creature shrould and unblockable so then they cant block and his ability is you can sac a merfolk to have an extra turn so u sack 5 merfolks one turn u attack so you would deal 24damage
