The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck discussion for Human WG

You could also add Champion of Lambholt too, or Mikaeus...
And I would drop ehereal armor to add +2 townsfolk and maybe 2 intagible virtue

I have a deck very similar to this, havent put it up yet. Based on the way mine has been running I do have some suggestions.
1) You have some good Green cards in here, especially the rancor. However your most important cards are White and you only have 11 Plains. This kind of deck doesnt need a lot of land but you might see too many forests when you're trying to drop a Precinct Captain or Silverblade Paladin. I'd suggest dropping the number of Forests or replacing a few of them with Sunpetal Grove. Those are still pretty cheap so you could get 4 without too much fuss.

2) Ethereal Armor is OK, but there are probably more effective cards to run. I would replace them with 4 Selesnya Charms. There's a fun combo with that card and Rancor and it is useful in almost every scenario you can think of.

3) I would not take the suggestion of Intangible Virtue, you simply don't have enough token generators and this isnt a token deck. However, if you're looking to boost your creatures with an enchantment, 3 come to mind: Collective Blessing (expensive, mana-wise), Cathar's Crusade (crazy card, also expensive mana-wise), and Builders Blessing (useless for offence but keeps all these low toughness cards from dying to removal so easily).

4) You might want to consider reducing the number of 1-drops you have. While having a Champion or an Avacyn's Pilgrim on turn 1 is awesome, drawing one on turn 4 or 5 is not so fun. This deck has to win quickly so having a 4-drop to top out on (or even a 5-drop) is good. The best would be Sublime Archangel but those are ridiculously expensive right now. A reasonable replacement is Angel of Jubilation. Sigarda, Host of Herons is a very strong 5 drop flyer and this deck needs at least a couple ways to stop fliers.

5) Last, consider at least sideboarding something to help with big or especially troublesome creatures. Wolfir Silverheart is great with Silverblade Paladin. If you want to keep it to Humans, a really silly thing to combo with Silverblade Paladin is Nightshade Peddler.

I hope some of this helps!
