My take on a EDH soldiers decks.
The enchantments help the soldiers while boosting Serra's sanctum efficiency.No need to worry about getting lands since there is Land Tax, Tithe & Gift of Estates.The rest is self-explanatory.

I can respect a player who goes theme > power
All my EDH decks are themed and I try to stick to it as much as possible. Sometimes, if there is black I will use Conspiracy to fit other interesting creatures in the deck but that's usually the most I'll diverge from the concept.
you can have themed decks but play other tribal, my elemental edh has about 3-4 non elemental cards because they play a good role in the deck.
Crackdown and Mass Calcify are houses in mono-white. All those white mana symbols would love Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx.Martial Coup would be another very effective board wipe that stays on theme.I'd run Return to Dust (or Revoke Existence) over Disenchant. There's just too many Theros gods these days to not run exile effects if possible.Pearl Medallion would save you a ton of mana.Both Caged Sun and Extraplanar Lens would be very effective mana doublersMind's Eye is going to draw you more cards than Howling Mine without helping everyone else.
