Deck discussion for Modular

If your focus is to get out your creatures with modular and beef them up, then about half of this deck suits that purpose well. However, the other half seems just thrown in, and does not seem like it would flow well with your other cards.
Maybe replace some of the more random cards like Darksteel Reactor with a Contagion Clasp or Thrummingbird to give you more proliferate options, or maybe get a few more Arcbound creatures. This deck is off to a great start, but you really need to keep your focus on one or two things at a time.

Well I didn't made it for me, it was for someone who asked for a help/deck advices on a forum.

His basic plan/deck included Modular, Memnarch, a few other things so it's mostly my take of his deck wich was even more spread around.

The focus is indeed boosting creatures with modular first and using them as the main win condition/threat but Darksteel reactor is the alternate win condition, somethign a lot of decks miss. When your emphase is only on 1 thing, usually taking out a part or two of the main combo will "lock" or slow down at least your deck.

Paradox haze makes the Overseer more productie aswell as the Reactor win-condition attainable.
I chose the others cards to reduce the global mana cost so you can get all your stuff faster on the field.

It ain't perfect, but it was mostly to help someone who had a rough build for starting.

You're absolutely correct, but I personally saw that as a far too slow alternative. And I didn't mean to imply that everything non-Arcbound is useless, in fact a good portion of the cards compliment it well, I was just trying to suggest alternatives.

I apologize if I came off as dismissive of your deck, I actually find it far more interesting than what I managed to come up with.
