Well, you can start off dropping sitherhead, or if it looks like it'll happen, leave slitherhead and discard and scavenge it onto lotleth turn two. Turn three, drop magler or varolz and start swinging. Scavenge everything. Intimidate all over the show. Unblockable the occasional thing. If hitting big with scavenge doesn't work, maybe vrasksa will. If her tokens hit the field, Rogues passage/Guildmage/Rancor can all help to make sure they hit. Make sure she lives to ultimate by maybe dropping a tonne of Saprolings with the guildmage. Removal explains itself.
