Love it! Another good one to use is Sign in Blood, to give you that small boost of draw if needed. Also maybe a couple of reliquary towers thrown in there would be handy so you're not discarding cards needlessly and can maximise Whispering madness :)

swap jace and terramorphic expanse for the standard versions and this is a pretty good standard deck.
You have no sideboard so why not sideboard some of your cards that you won't need unless you come across a deck that needs those cards? Sideboard - Rust Scarab, Tower Defence, Predator's Rapport, Simic Manipulator, Hindervines. Hindervines and Predator's Rapport are good responses to aggro decks, same for Tower defence if you come across aggro flyers, and rust scarab for enchantment or artifact decks. Not only does it give you a 12 card sideboard, but it opens up your mainboard a bit more too. i'd even look at sideboarding 3 of the simic charms, leaving one in the maindeck, MAYBE, for response to control decks. Might I suggest a good card to go with death's presence is Rapid hybridization. Kill off one of your own creatures, and with Biomancer on the field, the absolute LOWEST that frog-lizard mutant will come out as will be a 6/6 off the bat!! You already have bioshift so you can move the counters if your creature gets targeted by a kill or removal spell.It is a nice deck though... good start

Replace those cards with Shambleshark, Cloudfin raptor and experiment one. Play on the new evolve mechanic.
Standard is any current block, the previous block and the current core set. So the current standard format is Return to Ravnica, Gatecrash, Innistrad, Dark ascension, Avacyn restrored and M13. You have in your deck Evolution charm, Vigean Hydropon and Simic Initiatve which are all illegal in Standard format, as they aren't from any of the current sets.
