Sorry my good sir, but this is a Standard deck. The beloved Canyon Minotaur does not bother himself with such frivolities as Modern or Legacy or Vintage..... And they only enter tapped if I don't pay 2 life.
I didn't notice that this was a t2 deck. When I think of the Minotaurs, I think of the Shards Era, when I was rocking a playset in my Jund deck.
I might go and make a minotaur deck. There are enough in Standard now anyway

Deck has been redone to a budget, of sorts. UNDER $100 for the best deck in creation!!!
After a few test runs, the deck needs to go expensive with duals and shocks for mana, otherwise you will be mana blocked...

It's a kind of budget haha.. Sadly duals and shocks are the only way to protect yourself. You can run basic lands, just do a 50 / 25 /25 split.

That is the only tricky part. Yes and no. I would keep a hand with some removal in it. I'm also swapping out the arerests for martial laws. then I can adapt to new threats on the field.
the optimum hand you can have consists of seven cards and a canyon minotaur...or not. he will make his presence known at the right time, and not a second before
If you don't see him game one, your opponent won't know what to sideboard in either. Also, everyone can come up with their own sideboard ideas. Whether that may be more creatures to worship the Canyon Minotaur or more removal to protect him, or even some more lifegain beyond Unflinching courage.
Martial laws will help detain their creatures until u get the lord of all lords

Unblockable and hexproof. Because as per the rulings of both cards you can't be blocked by more than one creature, and you can only be blocked by 2 or more creatures. That then makes it, unblockable, as you can't satisfy both rules without breaking another
you are correct, just as throwing a madcap skills on a spire tracer makes it have to be blocked by two creatures with flying or reach. pretty fun basic stuffs!

Well this is a community site about helping each other build decks and improve on them and get advice on deck building. See where a vendetta gets you? Should have just ignored it and moved on. This is also why I stick to Standard and stay faaar away from Legacy.... The kind of people who play Legacy are the kind of people you don't want to play. They have been around for a while in magic terms, so just let them go and do what they want to do.

So I just read through every single one of these comments. I was going to post something sarcastic about having wasted a solid chunk of time on a deck I'll never build, until I paused for a second, realized how stupid that is, and decided I'd rather congratulate you for being bomb diggity, mr benny boy. This deck is on par with anything I've come across ever, and the canyon minotaur is second to none.
Why thank you good sir! I actually did put a lot of thought into this deck too just so it wouldn't be a waste of time.... well it kinda is, but in the satisfying kind of way.
Thing I worry about is, what if the canyon minotaur just decides to take a break since his badassness is to powerful and just leaves the battle field? You need a second game plan, like bon fire of the damned ot devil's play, something that can burn your opponents to death. Otherwise your just sitting there stalling the game forever. Or you can just be a troll and put in some elixer of immortalitys, so you just stall forever while gaining life constantly reshuffling everything they destroy.
All possible sideboard options friend... As you can see I have left the sideboard open for everyone to build something different themselves.
