rings of brighthearth or illusionist bracers will allow you to double up on the apostle effect
illusionist bracer would not work as shadowborn's effect is a mana ability (an ability triggered by a mana cost or that generates mana)
It's not a mana ability
Cartel aristocrat would be pretty good here if you're willing to splash white.It's a sac engine for apostles to trigger your blood artist. It also makes a great combo with Skirsdag.
