This deck basically is a control deck with a win condition via Master Of Cruelties. Also if anyone would please feel free to post help for this deck. One more thing, mana is the most likely killer, that and draw, for this deck. Post something that will fix that, nothing too expensive. :(

For one the deck revolves around master, so the propriety is to get him out, once that is accomplished, we can end the game. Then precede to troll your opponents creatures using spells like Lyev Decree, Dismember, and Lightning Bolt, this is a beautiful thing if you have Glaring Spotlight out. But also save your mana!!!
MAIN DECK
World At War- Use this card when you have Master(s) out and a couple Niblis, maybe Penance. Use World At War, then proceed to attack, first attack with the Nibli(s) and whoever else, but DO NOT USE MASTER(S) DURING THIS ATTACK! Take full effect of the Niblis and [maybe Penance]. After the first combat phase is finished, ignore the 2nd main phase, proceed to the next combat phase. Attack with Master and possibly enjoy the fact that your opponent is at 1 life. Next turn. Use the rebounded World At War, or if you saved any lightning Blots, just end the game. Also since you have mana this turn feel free to take control of your opponent's creature via Dismember and Lyev Decree. Proceed to combat and fight, Do Not [or] Do attack with Master.
Glaring Spotlight- This card is also used for a couple purposes. Its natural passive ability of no hexproof on the opponent's field is amazing, so it will allow for you to use Dismember, Lightning Bolt, Lyev Decree, and target creatures with Penance's ability. Also It active ability is a wonderful thing to use with Master.
Hold The Gates- This card is merely a buff, using at least 8 gates. This allows Penance to survive those hits to continue on picking stuff off, and helps you make chump blockers into real blockers.
Dismember- For picking off things, not as good as go for the throat, but overall i think it does just fine.
Lightning Bolt- For picking off things too, but highly recommended to use after Master's attack.
Dryad Militant- I hate when someone just uses flashback, or Izzets.
SIDEBOARD
Sin Collector- This deck dislikes instants and sorcery, so use this to pick them off before they hit the field.
Judge's Familiar- Once again instants and sorcery hating, but also a cheap flyer.
Obzedat's Aid- For creature return, Like Azorius Arrester, Maybe Sin Collector, Judge's Familiar, etc.
Illness In The Ranks- Pretty self-explanatory.
Merciless Eviction- A just in case card to sweep a specific card type that is giving you trouble.
