This deck is as much about flavor as anything else. I wanted to find a way to get the Phylactery lich into play and utilize his indistructable ability using spells and artifacts that I could see a lich useing.Use insidious Dreams to stack up whatever cards you want and use Necropotence to get them quickly. Get the Phylactery Lich into play with his counter on one of the Citadels. Now you can clear away threats using Damnation and the Disk. Duress and Haunting echoes help remove threats. The Elixir lets you re use handy spells or even the Lich.
