I would use Omnath Locus of Mana as the general in this dek he is a fast way of getting mono green than Vorniclex and he can be brought back out after being killed faster and more times in a game.

I try to have at least I answer to any deck on my deck when I build. Will be making a white blue green deck soon (proxy first before I actually make)
Seems like you went destruction over bounce, the only prob is you can't use destruction on your cards as often to have it be as beneficial as bounce. Also with the amount of draws scrying and mana search isn't that important. And propaganda is only beneficial if you face a token deck. Tribute of the wild gives your opponent to much decision I would add something that gives you the choice. Thassa is good if you have big creatures to go with it or infect so I wouldn't add her unless you add beefier creatures or infect. Kiora is totally awesome! Over explosive vegetation I would add the (2)mana artifact that allows you to search for a basic each turn with your counter mana that you save for opponents turn. Then if you don't counter you get a land almost every turn forcing moves in your favor. Nykthose is interesting, I would assume better in one player over multiplayer but still interesting. Very cool deck I would like to try to face each other sometime, prob end up just being a counter match but still cool.

The simics are good I will def be getting the second land I did'nt know about and maybe simic guidemage because the deck could run him really well. Let me know when yours is up and running and I would like to check what you would do with it different than me. Maybe even get a skype battle between both if you get it made.
I like the mana I have because the deck runs real well with less mana and more spells. I change it up all the time I will try to keep it updated on here with my changes. Made one today. Simic charm for rings of breathearth
