Basic try to control the field using any 2 mana spell on ischron sceptor. Probably not at the beginning as you cannot react to any artifacts destruction. Snapcaster Mage can help prolong for the first several turns when you remand or bounceor silence your opponents' spell. Win condition can be with Akroma, Lightning Angel or simply burn using helix on stick.
