Combo is Wall of Blood, using life to make it as big as you can and Essence Harvesting it. Hopefully you have more life than the other player due to Extort, if not an Extorted Bump in the Night should help as well.

Consume spirit takes alot of mana to take their life where this only takes 3. Using your life to take theres, with the extort engine is the key.
