I'm trying to make a new deck for U / B with the rotation of Scars of Mirrodin and M12, I'd like to prepare my deck for that. So please, do not come with solutions or additions from series that will leave standard soon. My goal, to survive long enough and let Jace kill my opponent. I do have a few counter spells in it, but I don't want to make it too much relying on counter spells.

I would think about playing killing wave. Then you could use void stalker to get rid of the creature they decided to keep. It might play better with tragic slip than barter in blood would. Yes, as soon as I get a few more Mutilates I will start testing this, with and without Killing Wave and see how it turns out. Thanks for the advice all.
