Utilizes arcane spells for advantage In doing a maximum amount of effects while exausting only 1 card. Echo Mage pairs very well with arcane spells because he will also duplicate the effects that have been added onto the spell. Kaho, Minamo Historian can be used on a 1 mana cost spell like reach through mists, lava spike, or evermind if you wana play dirty. then every turn you add on whatever effects you want. Like if ya dig it <3

I like the idea but there's a major flaw with it. Evermind can't be played this means you can only splice it. Kaho won't work. Also i'm not sure about this one but echo mage i doubt would copy the spliced spells effects.

Actually evermind can be played through kaho, minamo historian. this is the text copied straight from the gatherer rulings. "Evermind has no mana cost, which means it can't normally be cast as a spell. You could, however, cast it via some alternate means, like with Sunforger or Kaho, Minamo Historian" and yes i've checked echo mage does work too
Very slow to start off with. I'd only play it in 2 headed giant when my friend is playing his elf deck. I'd recomend you add Soramaro, First to Dream. It fits the theme really well and it's good with your draw cards and the fact that you'll be playing mabey only 1 spell each turn.
i like amking everything legacy legal so id remove sol ring.... but look into ading . braid of fire . so you can splice multiple times (Can you splice multiple times? idk)
