For a graveyard deck, this is really slow, look at some of superdork's decks, he makes some good ones. You need to make this either black white, or black green, but not all 3. There are too many different cards. In black try: Recurring Nightmare, entomb, buried alive, trespasser il-vec, dance of the dead, animate dead. Beacon of creation makes no sense in a 3 color deck, if you want to keep it add prismatic omen and more mana accel. This deck isn't as fast with 3 colors.
