You could try that out.Quicken is good for Divination spell. So yeah, take it out.
If you do that, you will be waiting on mountain to be on the field. So it's kind of gamble right there. My friend built similar to this, but without Omen speaker and Boros charm. He had two Prognostic Sphinx and two cyclonic rift. It seems to work well last night vs my blue/white aggro control deck which need lot of work hehe.
reduce archangel to 1 and add aetherling in there. It will be intimidating enough to your opponent. :)
Replace 2 Coordinated Assault for Wild Guess.
Nice deck. My only concern is the drawing of card. Magma Jet will help you to recycle the library, but the chance are still low unless you add wild guess to it by discarding a card that you will not need for drawing power and pull off better combo later on.
Put skullcrack on sideboard and add 2 guttersnipe.
