A budget version of an elvish deck I created - not as good, but a fraction of the price.
On turn one you want to aim to get Elvish Mystic, Llanowar Elves, or Arbor Elf onto the battlefield. Then on turn two you can play another Elvish Mystic etc. and Wren's Run Vanquisher or Bramblewood Paragon. If you have neither of these, Nissa's chosen, or other 1/1's will do. By turn three you can spend five mana, have three creatures on the field, are in a good position.Arbor Elf, Elvish Mystic, and Llanowar Elves are all one forest costing 1/1 creatures which can give you additional forests. These are used to get out Wren's Run Vanquisher, Bramblewood Paragon, Lys Alana Huntmaster, a lot earlier in the game and in large quantities. Presence of Gond, Gilt-Leaf Ambush, and Lys Alana Huntmaster are used to get 1/1 tokens into play. By the time you play Collective Unconscious you should have enough creatures to draw a lot of cards. Snake Umbra is also used to get card draws since this deck has a lot of low cost cards.
