Tonight at FNM, I ran a U/W Control deck that uses Shape Anew to drop Blightsteel Colossus as fast as possible. It played very well considering I am missing key cards like 3 Jace, the Mind Sculptor, but I got a Blightsteel Colossus in play every game except one and one match I got both in play. This deck plays pretty well and I am thinking of taking it to game day and would like some help maybe improving it. Also I threw in Choking Fumes because of the pesky kuldotha red. Also might throw in two Inkmoth Nexus if I can get them. Here is the current list: Sideboard Explanation: Leylines are for B/U, mono B, and mono R to help prevent discard and burn. Luminarch is for mirror matches. Spreading Seas is for Valakut. Choking Fumes is for Kuldotha red and mono W Divine Offering helps against a lot of stuff.

Tinker is faster and much more effective than Shape Anew. Noob question: what format are you playing? Would tinker be legal? If so, add tinker and a bunch of 0 drop artifact creatures like memnites. I am playing standard so no tinker is not legal but i wish it was lol.
Tinker is banned you but muncher! but yeah, its Standard so: Zendikar block, Beseiged block, M11 nice deck tho Strategic Muffin, just take out 3 tinkers cus its restricted in Vintage and BANNED in legacy

tecktonic edge is genius! nice deck! just get more Jace cus it looks like your only win condition... I would take out the brightsteal for 2 more.... however he is a 100 dollar card so yeah,... may be a bit hard XD
I don't want to take out the Blightsteel becuase he is my big win condition and 7 times out of 10 I am using Mind Sculptors ability to draw three to help top deck needed cards.
ah ok. I see you got shape anew with Master's Call as your only other artifact.... that gets blightsteel out on the feild for sure... pretty smart :)
Inkmoth Nexus? It's an extra artifact for shape anew and it isn't an artifact in the main deck. Besides, Blightsteel already has infect.
I love Halimar Depths the deck isn't meant to be fast like WW quest fast, and Halimar Depths would help ensure shape anew. Divine offering is a nice card, but I might try like -3 tectonic edge, +3 Halimar depths, and any combo of divine offering or tectonic edge. tectonic edge needs them to have four other lands, so it slows down your tempo. now that I think about it, leyline could go instead of divine offering. not much mono red burn, and control targets creatures more times than you. artifacts are way more popular in standard. overall, it's a great decklist. shape anew is one of those cards that doesn't see play too often, but is more than a crap rare, and you've really utilized it
what exactly are you planning on sacrificing to Shape Anew? you only have 2 artifacts - Blightsteel Colassus
masters call creates 2 1/1 myr artifact tokens
yeah, and u cant accidentally pick em up because of shape anew... so you are sure to get blightsteel for 4 mana! awsomeness....
Another possibility would be to run 1 Everflowing Chalice and 4 Trinket Mages.
