Simply to the point destroy the opponents deck. Also take away their hand to slow them down a bit and make them deck out.

I suggest Glimpse the Unthinkable, but that may be out of your budget.
I recommend hedron crabs for any mill deck. It's really good and really cheap.
try vedalken entrancer and the crab. also where is the haunting echoes in the deck? mill has to have answers for the graveyard. more effective of a card might be something that can untap your creatures so you can use their effects again. also you have no draw advantage and any mill deck will run out of speed by turn 4 or 5. you need some way to replenish your hand. also you might want to figure out how to put in counterspells.
