I am working on building a solid budget blue/white deck for people that can't afford the expensive stuff. I started with a mono blue and after playing it a few times I realized it lacked ways to deal with creatures that do make it to the field to attack so I have added in white to deal with that problem a little more. This deck revolves around some library manipulation and some card advantage to get out Sphinx of Jwar Isle for the win. Don't hate on this because it is just a basic standard deck for people who need an idea or starting point.

im not seeing a large enough advantage to the amulet to really use it, swap spell pierce with cancel, OR spell contortion, cancel will cost 10 cents or less, contortion a little more. pacifism over guard duty. again will cost cents, thats about all i have for you in the budget deck range.
