Rise From the Grave is too slow for Legacy. Add Reanimate and/or Exhume so you can reanimate turn 1. Also you should look up Reya Dawnbringer, Artisan of Kozilek, It that Betrays, and other Eldrazi that don't reshuffle your graveyard.
