This deck would alright. You are relying on your creatures too much. The deck would also be pretty slow getting them out me thinks. The only extra mana source you have is gemhide sliver, which is alright considering it's a sliver deck. If a player was to use Tsabo's Decree, you would be screwed so bad. You don't have any cards to get your deck cycled through. Give it some Blue cards to get the cards you want, quicker. Tooth and nail would work really well in this deck as well.
