Deck Description

Mainly Black, with small doses of White for cards like Sorin and Obzedat. I've always liked new Sorin and wanted to build a vampire deck around him. Like vampires, this deck drains life from others to make itself stronger. It is my first true attempt at the concept, and I'm fairly optimistic about it. Feel free to give feedback, as it will only strengthen the deck.

How to Play

Use 1-cost vampires to get going, like Guul Draz or Pulse Tracker. Then, slowly overrun the opposition with an army of bloodsuckers. Use Sorin to add creatures and make them stronger with an emblem. Use Liliana to keep the mana coming and to weaken (possibly destroy) your opponents' blockers. Obzedat can leave and re-enter the field each turn, allowing you to take 2 life from your opponent just as often. Exquisite Blood rewards you with equal life each time your opponents lose any. And Patriarch's Bidding helps keep 1 weakness of the deck at bay- mass termination of your vampires. You should never be out of expendable blockers if you play smart. The main strategy- Outlast everyone else.
