My attempt at building a potentially competitive U/R Aggro deck for under $40. So far I've got it under $20 so any improvements are welcome with a bit of budget still to spend.
Battlefield Thaumaturge and Akroan Crusader are the main players in this deck. Triton Tactics and Co-ordinated Assault allow for easy triggers of Akroan's Heroic ability and allow him to switch between attacking and defending seamlessly. Battlefield Thaumaturge allows the high mana cost Into the Void to be playable despite the low curve of the deck, if you manage to get two on the field you can remove two defending creatures for a measly one blue mana.Two Thaumaturges are preferable, as you can then cast twinflame for one red mana per target, allowing you to essentially double your army of tokens (and increase them further when you clone Akroan) to pummel your opponent to death with a lot of small 1/1 haste creatures.
