Although there is a lot going on with this deck, the concept is to continuously wipe the field using Consume the Meek and Oblivion Stone, paying swamps to activate The Kalastria Highborn's ability for maximum life-drain damage. Any opponent's creatures that survive Consume the Meek, will be forced sacrificed by Grave Pact. With Phyrexian Reclamations I can almost endlessly recycle my creatures, and the Bloodghast's serve to endlessly be thrown at the enemy, its use far more effective in death than in life as each death, if combined with Grave Pact and Kalastria Highborn will cause two damage, cause the opponent to sacrifice a creature, and give two life, which if combined with Sanguine Blood will net two more damage. Dark Ritual, Everflowing Chalice and Crypt of Agadeem, whose purpose is more effective due to many of my creatures being in the graveyard from Consume the Meek and Oblivion Stone, will spray out mana, allowing casting of many of the low cost spells and creatures. That's the theory anyways.
