The overall theme of the deck is to make good use of the trial and cartouche mechanic.I would like some advice on how I should change the land, I would like there to be more basics.
This deck has a lot of removal to take it into the late game and generally win with Crush of the Tentacle. Rhonas is great target for the cartouches and he synergies nicely with the Trial of Strength.

I recommend you mainboard at least one of your Kalitas and I'd replace the hieroglyph's with censors

Why not the rest of the trials and cartouches (in sultai colors)?
You have to take in mind that the black cartouche is very weak, and with the blue cartouche, hieroglyphic illumination, & paradoxical outcome, there isn't much need for more draw.
