I like this spin on lands, but red has more to offer this deck than black. Punishing fires, gamble, ancient grudge, and molten vortex all come to mind. Also, lumbering falls feels like it should be a sideboard card against control.I really like Intuition; it works great with life from the loam.What do you think of Burgeoning for the mirror match?

I do agree that red is better, but I really wanted to make something different and get a lot of value out of Loam. I think Burgeoning would be very effective against the mirror but I don't expect to play it.
