Deck discussion for Colored Slivers

You´ve built something really good here, B.
A well constructed deck, seems coherent, Mana Curve isn´t bad either. However, the Vivid lands will slow it remarkably, but if this is just for casual, then go forth and murder-sliver away :D If not, then I´d highly suggest the so-called "Dual-land" and all the 'Fetch' land you can muster - they are that good, trust me.
I would be careful using 'Harmonic Sliver' It can be used to an opponent´s favour ! If they have no Artifacts/Enchantments in play, then it is going to go out on your Artifacts :-/
I´d move Harmonic to the Side Board.
Also, if you´re designing decks for competitive play, then your deck should consist of 60 cards maximum and a 15 card Side Board - no more, no less. Mathematically to get optimal play and high consistency the 60 cards Main Board will help you far down the road.
Back to the expensive Fetch-lands: What they do is really remarkable, they "thin" your deck, making it so that you´ve got 1 land on the Battlefield, but TWO slot´s less in the deck, making your main combo more likely to go off :) Finally, the lifeloss is not as bad as you may thinks, same reason cards like 'Thoughtseize' and such are so expensive.
You don´t have to do any of the things I suggest, what matters most, is that you enjoy the game and be creative with deck building. Create the magic and put it to the test :D

Back to the Slivers :)

If it was my Sliver Deck, then I´d move "Harmonic" "Horned", "Shifting", "Sidewinder" and "Legion" to the SB, and add some protection - by that I mean spells that kill opponents´ pets. Terminate and Putrefy are good, cheap options. Abrupt Decay is also very good, but a tad on the expensive side. Also "Krosan Grip" would be a useable addition since it, almost, can´t be countered and you got an answer for when one of your mates drops a "Hivestone"
Also 'Ancient Ziggurat' for nigh-completely mana fixing :) And its cheap too !

Hope this helps a bit, I´ll look further into your Decks in a short while

Please give me a new list of lands because im use to two colors. Also shifting is basically unblockable and legion gives them such a big bonus also I'm not actually buying this deck it was just for fun so any price.

Some lands to consider;
Ancient Ziggurat
Glimmervoid
Thran Quarry
Crystal Quarry
Pillar of the Paruns
They should be able to help you a bit, although there´s a slight "catch" with all of them.

If you run basic lands, then the so-called 'fetch-lands' are nice, and gives you the choice of getting just what you need;
Misty Rainforest - Island/Forest
Verdant Catacombs - Forest/Swamp
Marsh Flats - Swamp/Plains
Arid Mesa - Mountain/Plains
Scalding Tarn for Island/Mountain

They are expensive as hell though
