This is my Jeskai variation of Rokiric multicolor decks, the main draw back from the normal naya variation is no BBE for cascade triggers but other than that the deck didnt run much green and i wanted to try cards like mantis rider and fire // ice. The land base is to try and keep it budget

Just be aware that Fire // Ice won't trigger General Ferrous Rokiric/ Hero of Precinct One709.4b The mana cost of a split card is the combined mana costs of its two halves. A split card’s colors and mana value are determined from its combined mana cost. An effect that refers specifically to the symbols in a split card’s mana cost sees the separate symbols rather than the whole mana cost. Example: Assault//Battery’s mana cost is {3}{R}{G}. It’s a red and green card with a mana value of 5. If you cast Assault, the resulting spell is a red spell with a mana value of 1.

Thanks for pointing that out, I found this out recently playing it against rokric and they said I could kill him if I tried to ping for one since it’s a mono red spell. Even still it feels like a strong card.
Electrolyze could be an alternative, or maybe Foundry Helix, especially if you use the tokens from the General.
I think I still like the Ice side better it’s so strong on the play and is still good on the draw as most modern decks want to be doing things on turn 2 and 3. But electrolyze is good night run it side board as a budget fury.
