launch and diplomatic immunity are good ones, since you have halimar depths i would drop ponder for mind spring, aether tradewinds would go nice with sage owl and halimar depths, and fowl play is just down right hilarious but probably makes your opponet want to punch you in the face lol, there are so many good ones for blue it just sux you cant put them all
Like your deck, its more defensive than my leviiathan deck. the two main cards I would suggest is taking out either counterspell or ponder for condescend. It may not do the job as effectivly as either card seperatly, but since your deck is more about defense in the beginning, it can serve as a great two-for-one spell.
i don't really see how grozoth is good, there arent any spells that put creatures from your hand into play can you explain?

May wanna add some Ancient Ziggurat and Wrexial, the Risen Deep. Ancient Ziggurat so you may be able to add other Big cards that isn't blue that is good. Wrexial, the Risen Deep great card in this deck but you need the ancient ziggurat first.
