Dude the deck looks sick.

When people make EDH decks, they usually put the general in mind in the sideboard, and then put the other 99 cards as the main deck list. This looks really well rounded though.

The only problem that I can foresee is that the mana curve is exceptionally high - you may have a bit of trouble early game. It doesn't matter nearly as much in EDH, as you're likely going to survive longer and so having higher curve cards is welcome, you get more bang for your buck. What this will really need is some play testing, which I am highly looking forward to doing. I'll make my edh deck tonight, and then we can play test on Monday or whatever suits you. Great job, hope you like the deck :) A lot of very powerful cards.

If you find it comes up short in the removal area, you might think of putting in some white stuff like Pacifism, Arrest, Journey, or O-Ring. There's a lot of good cards out there to choose from :)

Nice job, bud! Looking forward to playing against it.

Personal Sanctuary prevents damage dealt to you during your turn, not life lost.

Losing/Paying life does not equal damage.

So while the Sanctuary would prevent damage from Lord of the Pit, you would still lose life from Rust Elemental and Howling Banshee, because they aren't doing damage.

If you're playing Puresteel Paladin, I feel like you should have more equipments that kick ass. I'd probably drop the Vault Skirges, because you're not going to need the lifelink with melira and the unlife out. Argentum Armor comes to mind, or if you want to go cheaper, Loxodon Warhammer is a pain in the butt to play against. You could also go cheap equips like Darksteel Axe or Trusty Machete... up to you though.

if you want a nice 10/10 for 5 colorless mana, play Etched Monstrosity with Melira out. It doesn't get the counters placed on it.

Most likely to add in some for of creature control and at the same time have another cheap card that he/she could potentially storm with.

Eh, would Angel's Feather be a better choice than Ivory Cup? No mana requirements to gain that life, and it just costs one extra colorless.

On that same idea of cheating into powerful artifacts, the new combo of a Melira on the board when you play an Etched Monstrosity gives you a 10/10 for 5 colorless mana. It works, and it's frightening.

I'd say Precursor Golem might be a worthy addition.

I'd drop Death Cultist and Goblin Mountaineer and one land to get the deck down to 60

Did you mean Extermination of the "weak"?
Anyway, you might want to include Scapeshift if you're looking to get out some of those special lands and not worried about using older cards. You also might want to include some Oracles of Mul Daya for serious rampage, and I'm always a fan of Cultivate over Rampant Growth.
The only thing I see you playing red for is the Brood Birthing, so either ditch red all together or put in some removal to help guard your life total. The only creatures you're going to have to stop attackers are your birds of paradise and spawns early on, and you're going to want to save those for the big guys. Try Overgrown Battlement, it provides both defense and ramping, or maybe even Wall of Blossoms.

You're playing too many lands, and with so much ramping you won't need that many.

If you added in Precursor Golem, the Shape Anew would copy itself three times, resulting in better odds of a Blightsteel. You also might want to consider some library manipulation cards like Ponder.

The Precursors also go well with the splicers.

I like Dracoplasm + all of the boosting creatures and spells :)
Might consider Distortion Strike over Shadow Rift, +1/+0 and unblockable with rebound versus shadow unblockable and draw a card.

With so many artifacts, it might be a good idea to run Mirran Mettle.
Otherwise, straightforward and simple.

If you're going old school, Sapphire Medallions? makes your counters cheaper and more versatile.

With all of this intense mana ramp, I would definetly include some Joraga Warcallers. Powerful elf that also pumps up all of your other elves. Maybe take out some of the ramping elves or the Visionaries.

I might consider adding in some ramp, to increase the speed of this deck so you can get out the fast attackers and powerful hitters even faster. Cultivates would be what comes to my mind, and I think that Gigantiform is a bit clunky in this deck, as well as the Overblazes. 3 Garruks might be a bit too much too, so I would say:

- 2 Gigantiform
- 2 Overblaze
- 1 Garruk
+ 3 Cultivate
+ 2 Goblin Guide

I'm not sure what you think, but it's just an idea. You could also substitute Giant Growths for Groundswells, I think the land pulls will be relatively reliable.

^ I must kindly disagree with the above poster. I would say one of my major turn offs for assault strobe is that it's a sorcery, so if a creature can block it, they will more than likely chump it to avoid the damage. Double Cleave is an instant, so if a person were to let the hit go through, then you could suddenly be smacking for twice that.

It's more up to your playing preference. If you're going to be removing your opponents creatures at all, then you may want to go with the Strobe. Two sides to the coin.
